ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR NOVEMBER 16, 2025

We are looking for individuals to join the rotation for children’s church during the worship service on Sunday mornings. Heather Kreh has been providing this ministry every Sunday for the past several years.

Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes are due back to church today. There are crosses and Little Jesus figurines to put in your box before you turn it in. Completed boxes can be placed in the office.

Our annual Hanging of the Greens (decorating the church building for Advent) will be on Sunday, November 23rd after our Worship Service.

Our Ecumenical Thanksgiving Worship Service will be held Sunday, November 23^rd at 7:00 p.m. at Hopewell Church of God with Pastor Dean providing the message.

Our next Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, December 6^th, at the Deli at Frost Village.

Our Spaghetti Supper will be held on Saturday, November 15th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Proceeds to be donated to support Connor Whaley and his family in his ongoing battle against childhood leukemia. Please see the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board regarding this event. Monetary donations can be given to Morgan Johnson, Shelby Lopez, or Helen Emerine. Carry out will be available as well as dine in. A brochure regarding the event is posted on the bulletin board.

We will have a Love Offering next Sunday November 16^th for Kyle Kreh and his family if the government shutdown isn’t resolved by that date. Kyle serves in the military and is the son of Bruce and Heather Kreh.

Thank you at all that donated candy and other treats for Trick or Trunk this past Tuesday. Our count had over 400 children participate.

Please join Pastor Dean and the men of the church at The Deli at Frost Village in Tiffin @ 9:00 a.m.

JOYS: Jenny Reinhard had an excellent cancer surgery follow-up examination at the James Center with her next consultation scheduled for late December; Juanita Yambert has been diagnosed with epilepsy which appears to be causing her issues during sleep and her Cleveland Clinic medical team is creating a treatment plan; Trinity Emahiser (Bruce & Heather Kreh’s granddaughter) was on the Arcadia Honor Roll this past quarter (this is the first time she has achieved this in years); and we have a Heavenly Father who loves us, a Savior who redeems us, and the Holy Spirit who strengthens us.

CONCERNS: The family of Bonnie Boroff who passed away November 1st; Sutton Linn Price (Janet Main’s great-granddaughter) is currently not gaining weight and may have to go back on the feeding tube which the family would prefer not to happen; Autumn Kerr’s (George & Sharon Miller’s niece) breast cancer has metastasized and she is scheduled to fly into Texas on Wednesday for a consultation at a cancer treatment center; Don Asselin will be undergoing heart monitoring for three days this week with a consultation scheduled for November 20th while he awaits having a lung scan performed on December 14th; Bruce Kreh’s friend Steve Long will be undergoing heart surgery on Wednesday, November 12th; and Richie Best (Pastor Dean’s sister Carol’s friend) has been diagnosed with a tumor on one kidney and will be undergoing a biopsy as soon as it can be scheduled.
